• 1 small jar of local honey

• A pinch each of ground cinnamon and nutmeg

• A small wooden or ceramic spoon

• Your voice and your breath

Ritual:

1. Hold your jar of honey in both hands. Whisper a blessing over it - something like, “May sweetness find me in the days ahead, and may I be a vessel of golden peace.” Don’t be afraid to make this blessing your own.

2. Add your spices and stir clockwise three times.

When I wrote this Soul Fire Feminines edition, it was already woven into the fabric of the season, written in the stars and in my heart.

Even though I’ve shared that the newsletter is pausing for now, I felt called to honour what was already birthed and send this one final offering to everyone.

To me, honouring the pause also means honouring the creations that arrived before it.

The turning of the season doesn’t ask you to push harder, it asks you to listen deeper.

To honour the part of you that has carried a thousand intentions, and still rises. To trust that gathering your energy is not the same as losing your momentum.
